HBI 2021 New Vistas, New Opportunities, 20-23 September, Imperial College, London
HBI 2021 is being organised as a hybrid event that will take place physically in London and live-streamed online. We expect that circumstances regarding international travel will be much better by late September. But, as you would expect the safety and health of our delegates and speakers has to come first. So, we’ll be working hard to ensure that we can run a physical event, while observing whatever social distancing restrictions are in place. In case the conference has to go virtual, we are providing guaranteed reimbursements for those who buy in-person delegate passes.
What happens if the conference has to go virtual?
In the event that the conference has to go virtual only, then delegates who have purchased “in-person” passes will become “virtual” pass holders and will be reimbursed with a credit that can be used towards the purchase of membership products or delegate passes for the HBI 2022 conference. The value of the credit will be equal to the value of each delegate pass, less the standard rate of a “virtual” pass which is £595 per person. For example;
A single delegate who purchases an “in-person” pass at the standard rate of £2,100 will receive a credit for £1,505
A company that purchases the team of three “in-person” delegate passes for £5,040 will receive a credit for £3,255
What happens if I have purchased an “in-person” delegate pass and I am subsequently unable to travel to attend the conference?
Delegates who hold “in-person” passes but find themselves unable to travel to London to attend the conference may transfer their “in-person” pass to a colleague, or, may exchange each “in-person” pass for up to three “virtual” passes.
